  Jim is a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) covering the northern part of LA County as well as all of Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties. He has a proven FSE history in RF/Microwave and High Speed Digital/Optical applications working with several successful rep firms in California. Jim received a BSME from Iowa State University and MSEE from USC. His engineering experience came from working at Hughes Aircraft (now Raytheon Missile Systems) as a Guidance & Controls Engineer and TRW (Now Northrop Grumman Space) as a Sr. Systems Engineer.

  Frank is President of Coastal RF Systems and Field Sales Engineer (FSE) for South LA, Orange, and Riverside Counties. Frank founded Coastal RF Systems in 2011 after working in RF and Microwave Engineering for over 20 years. Prior Frank received his BSEE from Cal Poly Pomona and later completed several graduate courses in RF engineering from the University of Wisconsin and UCSD. His RF and Microwave engineering experience came from working at Powerwave Technologies Inc., where he held positions as Sr. Manager of Sales and Apps Engineering, Principal Systems Engineer and Sr. Design Engineer and also working at McCaw Cellular (Now AT&T Mobility) as a RF Engineer.

  Adel is the Field Sales Engineer (FSE) for South LA, Orange, and Riverside Counties. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at California State University Fullerton. His industry experience includes both Aerospace/Defense and Commercial, including working at Raytheon Technologies in the RF & Microwaves group where he supported various MMIC’s that are utilized in the F-18 fighter jet. His Commercial Tele-Communication experience includes working at Anritsu as a Field Service Engineer where he supported RF Test Conformance Systems at multiple companies such as Apple, Qualcomm, and Verizon.

  Chase is a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) covering the Orange County and North San Diego County areas. He received his B.S. in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology from Cal Poly Pomona. His RF & Microwave experience comes from working at Maury Microwave in Ontario, CA, where he held positions such as Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Specialist and Pre-Sales Engineering Manager - Account Manager, EMEA. During his tenure at Maury Microwave, he collaborated with a diverse range of customers, including those in the Aerospace & Defense and Telecom industries. One of his main roles was supporting engineers in defining their test and measurement needs as well as providing tailored technical solutions for Semiconductor Device Characterization.

  Julie is the Inside Sales Representative responsible for all the territories’ sales and logistical support. Julie also manages the firm’s CRM software and customer opportunity tracking internally at Coastal RF so that our FSE’s can focus on customer interactions and finding new opportunities. She received her B.S. in Marketing at California State University Fullerton where she participated in a multitude of projects and co-ops in her respective field. Her previous industry experience consists of Account Management in the Security/Alarm industry where she managed a portfolio consisting of over 1200 accounts with a yearly monetary value worth north of 48 million dollars.
