FIELD SALES ENGINEER
This technical sales position requires a highly
motivated Field Sales Engineer (FSE) with specific
experience in the mircrowave and RF industry.
The candidate must have the following abilities:
- Identify and review engineering specifications
- Coordinate and propose product configurations
- Work with principles to negotiate, draw up and propose service and sales contracts
- Work with OEM, CS and RF Design House on engineering, development and test projects
- Self-starter, team player and a positive working attitude
- Work independently from home
- Travel locally 60%+ in the territories of South LA, Orange and San Diego Counties
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- BS and/or 5+ years sales and engineering experience in microwave design
- Strong customer interface skills
- Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office software
- Market knowledge in the microwave and RF industry including Telecom, Defense & Space, SATCOM, Broadcast Microwave and Cable TV preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools preferred
